Hillary Bakrie serves as an Associate Programme Officer at the United Nations Secretariat, New York. She leads the youth and technology portfolio that intersects with various sustainable development efforts, such as climate action and gender equality.

Hillary holds a Master in Global Affairs from New York University, specializing in International Development & Humanitarian Affairs and peacebuilding. Having a background in the business and digital startup in South East Asia, Hillary combines her private sector background with development study by researching the use use of technology for development. She graduated with excellence with her graduate thesis titled “Blockchain for Sustainable Development Goals”.
